We are on the hunt for the newest addition to our growing marketing team at Tiny Hearts Education and Hero HQ. This particular role will focus on Hero HQ; a brand which provides accredited and lifesaving training to some of Australia’s most prominent organisations, including Kmart, Bunnings and Krispy Kreme.

This new role will see you as an experienced B2B marketing specialist pioneer a dedicated strategy for recruiting Australia’s top brands into our portfolio of clients.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our incredible sales team to strengthen our reach with exciting and innovative ideas and marketing strategies to increase inbound leads and overall brand awareness.

Our dream candidate has:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
  • Experience in the B2B marketing space
  • Demonstrated experience in executing digital marketing strategies [social media – specifically LinkedIn, email marketing, paid social etc.] in a business to business space
  • Understands how to use data to measure and take away meaningful actions from marketing activity
  • A creative knack for thinking outside of the box to come up with fresh ways to gain the attention and engage in conversation with high-level decision-makers

To succeed in this role, you will need the unique skill of both being able to take direction from the CEO and Marketing Manager but also be able to contribute ideas and formulate strategy drawn from your experience in the industry.

This role offers flexible hours; ideally, 2-4 days per week (flexible start and finish times). The position is office-based, at our HQ in Pakenham VIC.
